Prior to joining Samsung in 2016, Mr. Haughton spent 10 years at Cablevision Systems Corporation, a publicly traded media and telecommunications company, where he held positions of increasing responsibility. In his most recent role at Cablevision as Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, Mr. Haughton advised the Board and senior management on corporate governance, public company reporting, corporate financing and key strategic transactions across the company, including the sale of Cablevision to Altice USA in 2016. M. Haughton joined the Company in December 2021 after a diverse career with publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. Prior to MSG Entertainment, Mr. Haughton was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Samsung Electronics America, Inc., a global leader in consumer electronics and technology.
