Engie Senior Legal Counsel

The successful candidate will work with the current Senior Counsel and deal with a variety of national and international counterparties, while working with related departments within GEM to structure transactions and manage legal risks from the origination phase to completion. It will be necessary to acquire a broad understanding of the markets in which GEM Iberia operates and the products and services offered. Lawyers act as key players in project and negotiation teams to support gem business creation through the drafting, structuring and negotiation of contracts and to provide general legal and regulatory advice on the range of business activities. GEM Iberia is looking for a lawyer to support its expanding business and support its activities in Spain and Portugal as described above.
